To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spreeloop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our liability for services is limited as set out in applicable service agreements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For contracts with Cameroon-based clients, disputes may be submitted to arbitration under OHADA rules where agreed in writing.
